The company was established in 1996 and was one of the first companies to begin developing residential communities in the new suburban city of Sheikh Zayed in the suburbs of Cairo. After the success of El Karma, the company developed its second project, Karma 2, followed by The exclusive Karma Heights. The company then diversified to different market segments with the development of 106 apartment buildings in the national youth housing project. Meanwhile the company continued its flagship Karma projects with Karma Residence and Karma 4 compounds. In addition to its residential projects, the company also engaged in developing severely commercial and retail buildings and is currently developing two new large-scale malls in Sheikh Zayed.
